At FLEYX INC, we are building more than a program — we are building a movement dedicated to equipping youth with financial literacy, leadership, life skills, career exposure, and real-world opportunities for success.
As we prepare for the launch of the Financial FLEYX Academy, we are seeking passionate professionals, community leaders, mentors, educators, and innovators to join our growing team and advisory board. We are currently looking to fill 6 advisory board positions with individuals who believe in empowering the next generation through education, mentorship, and community impact.

Our company has a leadership structure which provides structure and clear roles within the organization.
1.Executive board which include our Board of Directors
which consist of: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.
2. Professional Advisory Team which consist of:
volunteer Industry professionals & mentors.
3. Community Impact Team which includes: which consist of: workshop instructors, volunteers, community partnerships, & sponsors.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors serves as the official governing body of Financial FLEYX Academy and plays a critical role in overseeing the organization’s long-term vision, financial accountability, compliance, and overall leadership.
Board members:

Help govern and guide the organization strategically

Participate in organizational decision-making and voting matters

Support fundraising and sustainability efforts

Attend scheduled board meetings and maintain active involvement

Uphold fiduciary and ethical responsibilities to the organization
This role is best suited for individuals prepared to take on a higher level of leadership, accountability, and long-term commitment to the organization’s growth and governance.
Advisory Team
The Advisory Team consists of community leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and supporters who provide guidance, expertise, connections, mentorship, and community insight to help strengthen the mission and impact of Financial FLEYX Academy.
Advisory Team members:

Offer ideas, recommendations, and strategic support

May assist with events, partnerships, sponsorships, and mentorship

Serve as advocates and ambassadors for the organization

Participate on a flexible, volunteer basis

Do not hold governing or voting authority within the organization
This role is ideal for individuals who want to support the mission through collaboration, networking, resources, or occasional involvement without the legal, fiduciary and day to day responsibilities of a governing board position like our board members. This is simply a supportive role of the organization, without any rigid commitment into the organization.

Internship &
Workshop Instructors
We welcome professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and community leaders interested in teaching engaging workshops during our summer academy and youth programs throughout the year.
Workshops may focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, career readiness, life skills, creativity, wellness, technology, stem & robotics, and personal development to help inspire and equip future leaders.
Our students gain hands-on experience while helping empower the next generation through meaningful programs and initiatives.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference. Whether you're mentoring students, assisting at events, supporting workshops, or helping behind the scenes, your time and talents help us build stronger futures for our youth.
